This is the first scene of the Collision, and we then travel back in time two days to when the country is preparing to celebrate Independence Day, but someone questions whether they are truly free. Bra Sol (Vayu Dabula), a local gangster, is introduced to us. At first, we see a positive side to him when he tells a young boy to go to school rather than carrying a gun. We meet the Greser family on the other side. Johan Greser, the father, is preparing for his presentation to become the company’s CFO, while Nicki, the daughter, is texting her boyfriend, Cecil.

Another father and daughter run a shop together in the city centre. Even though apartheid has been abolished in this world, internal segregation persists. White people fear black people, and South Africans fear people from Nigeria, Zimbabwe, and other places. This is the plot of the film. Bra Sol had been working behind the scenes with Johan, but he had lost money and told Johan about it. Nicki is good friends with Cecil and Thando. Cecil and Thando commit minor crimes for Bra Sol to make money. When one thing leads to another, Bra Sol kidnaps Nicki and plans to sell her as a prostitute abroad. The Greser family, Cecil, and Sol rush after Nicki to get her out of his trap before something bad happens. Will they be able to apprehend Sol before the shipment arrives, or will something bad happen to the characters?
